The Cargo Connector is a free pick up/delivery service from IAG Cargo that focuses on small freight (<300KGS*). Our Cargo Connector vehicles will pickup your freight and deliver it to the aircraft for uplift, at no additional cost. We can do the same for import deliveries from the aircraft to your handling facilities.

This service currently operates at 8 North American stations:

ATL, IAD, IAH, JFK, LAX, MIA, ORD, and SEA

Book the Cargo Connector by requesting the service at the time of booking (via email/phone).

The service can also be booked online by entering special handling code: "VAN" in our online booking portal.

Once your booking is confirmed, contact your driver to schedule your pick-up.
